Jay has been acquiring and operating California real estate since 2017. The practice runs today as Dynasty CRE, and he has a hand in every part of the firm — acquisitions, asset management, leasing, and capital.

He came to real estate self-taught, while working as an entrepreneurial software builder and operator across businesses ranging from small clients to the Fortune 500. The discipline carries: digital-first reporting and systems built to work identically at scale, from one asset to one hundred and more.

His first engagement was a group of units near his home in Southern California, where Jay has lived and worked for more than a decade. The practice has grown on the strength of lease renewals and occupancy held quietly above the institutional benchmark.
