This page consolidates the policy documents that govern Dynasty CRE's relationships with owners and visitors to this site. Investment-adviser disclosures will be added here once the firm completes its registration ahead of the first fund close.
How we handle data.
The short version: we collect what we need to communicate with you, we do not sell it, and we keep it for as long as our regulators require us to.
What we collect.
Information you provide through inquiry forms (name, contact details, the nature of your inquiry), and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring page, time of visit). We use cookies only for session and basic analytics.
How we use it.
To respond to your inquiry, to maintain the security and performance of this site, and — for prospective and existing investors — to satisfy our regulatory obligations. We do not use your data to retarget advertising.
Who we share it with.
Service providers who help us operate the site, our auditors and legal counsel, and regulators when required. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights.
Residents of California, the EEA, and the UK have specific rights regarding their personal information, including the right to access, correct, and request deletion. Write to privacy@dynastycre.com to exercise these rights.
Retention.
We retain inquiry and investor records for the period required by applicable law (typically five to seven years for investment-adviser records), and longer when actively in a business relationship.
